Saying “that at $500 per scene with women, in order to get what I have sleeping with 1 guy, I’d have to sleep with about 20 women,” insinuating that he’s paid $10,000 per scene in gay porn. Now, I know gay pays a lot better than straight porn but I’m certain it’s not $10,000 per scene. The going rate is $1000 to $4000 per scene. The only condition his statement may be true is for movies in which Aaron James stars in more than one scene (he’s in all five scenes in Ass Cruisin’ with Aaron James by Jet Set), thus raking in that figure.
Below is half of the The Tyra Banks Show on gay-for-pay men from 22 January 2009. Due to technical errors, I managed to record only half of the show, luckily the first half featuring the gay pornstars we know.
One thing I find irksome is that Tyra and her audience are judgemental, leaving the featured guys to defend for themselves.
